This week, Ania Piwowarska reads another legend from the Mazovia Region, this time from the area around of Ostrołęka, along the banks of the Narew River.
The story Of Samuel the Tailor Who Sewed Wonderful Clothes was written by Anna Kierkosz and translated by George Szenderowicz and Anna Minczewska-Przeczek for the AMP Translations Bureau. It was taken from a collection entitled Tales from the Banks of the Vistula, Bug and Narew Rivers, published by the Mazovia Region Centre of Culture and Arts. Music by ‘The Warsaw Village Band’.
